  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. I like to make it transparent what tools I’m using with you in therapy so you understand what we’re doing, empowering folks to be able to better implement strategies for themselves outside of therapy. You should see improvements begin within 3-6 sessions, or in the least have a trusting understanding of what we’re applying in therapy for things to get better.

I work from a compassionate framework to help people understand how and what’s driving them. It helps shift from shame based motivations to a deeper sense of self in the context of our experiences, creating more sustainable, long term growth.

From almost a decade of working in low-barrier social services, I also have a lot of experience in shaping and tailoring plans to where people are practically at, in collaboration with them.

We first talk for about 20-30 minutes in a meet-and-greet to get an idea for how I can be of service and a fit for what you’re wanting out of therapy.
